System Architecture

HPCB is composed of following modules

  • Recipe Editor : Support for tuning parameter and recipe management by grade and operating conditions.
  • User program : Set parameters or conditions to be changed in certain situations, taking into account user needs.
  • Controller : Process control considering process model and recipe.
  • Sequence logic : Link to process automation system.
  • Interface : Provides various interfaces (DCS, PLC, PHD, OPC, etc.)

Field Data Interface

HPCB allows for the integration and utilization of real-time or near real-time data from field devices or sensors.

  • OPC, DAS, PHD, InfluxDB, dataPARC, PI, etc... interface
  • It can connect multiple databases simultaneously so that even though each process section has a different interface system.
