IPOES / Architecture

System Architecture

IPOES is composed of following modules

Web User Interface : Well-designed and user-friendly web UI
Editor / Viewer : Autorize the Editor and Viewer, respectively
APC program : Can integrate with APC program
LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)
Data Access Service (DAS) : Connet with various interface
TSD : Time Series Database server
RDB : external RDB(RelationalDatabase) server where IPOES result is managed.
RTDB : external RTDB (Real Time Database) server which interfaces on-line field data.

IPOES allows for the integration and utilization of real-time or near real-time data from field devices or sensors.

OPC, DAS, PHD, InfluxDB, dataPARC, PI, etc... interface
It can connect multiple databases simultaneously so that even though each process section has a different interface system.
Adapt and optimize the process in real-time, leading to improved operational efficiency, productivity, product quality and better overall performance
